Sterilizing mechanism The sterilizing cabinet uses saturated steam as sterilization medium, and makes use of the physical characteristics of steam condensation to release a large amount of latent heat and humidity, so that the sterilized items are in a state of high temperature and wetting. After the set constant temperature time, the main component protein of bacteria is solidified and killed.

Main performance features:
◆ cabinet structure adopts horizontal rectangular structure + stiffener jacket + internal drying coil, which is conducive to steam entering the stiffener jacket + internal drying coil preheating.
Multi-point inlet steam and multi-point exhaust steam are installed in the indoor layer of the cabinet to ensure the uniformity of sterilization temperature in the cabinet.
Reinforcement jacket + internal drying coil point into steam and multi-point exhaust steam, to ensure the uniformity of preheating and drying temperature in the cabinet.
A water ring vacuum pump is installed in the equipment pipeline.The vacuum in the cabinet is conducive to the penetration of steam during sterilization, ensuring the sterilization effect, and is conducive to the preheating and vacuum drying of products.
Equipment is equipped with special stainless steel sterilization car and sterilization tray, reasonable design, large loading capacity, favorable product sterilization effect and drying effect.
Equipment adopts PLC+ touch screen + micro panel printer for control, users can set various sterilization parameters through the micro panel printer).
Fixed temperature and pressure detection are set in the inner chamber, reinforcement jacket, internal drying coil and low temperature steam storage tank respectively. The system analyzes the detection data to ensure the dynamic balance of temperature and pressure at any time.
Portable temperature detection is set in the inner room to monitor the temperature in the cabinet in real time and adjust the process automatically according to the temperature change in time to meet the requirements of sterilization.
Adopt airtight sealing technology to ensure the reliability of door sealing.
The equipment is equipped with a special GMP interface, which can be used for on-site temperature and sterilization effect GMP verification.
The sterilization process features are as follows:
Ø Preheating: Stiffened jacket + internal drying coil heats up steam, and the inner vacuum heats up TCM powder (minimizing condensation when steam enters the inner chamber).
Ø Static sterilization: The inner layer is in a vacuum state before sterilization, and enters into the inner layer from the steam storage tank for sterilization. Sterilization is carried out through instantaneous high temperature saturated steam (80~105℃ or 105~134℃). The temperature and time can be set according to user requirements.
Ø According to the principle of flash cooling and dehumidification, the user quickly vacuums, depressurizes, lowers temperature and dehumidifies, avoiding long residence time at high temperature and affecting the composition of drug powder.
Ø Drying: Reinforcement jacket + internal drying coil to maintain a certain pressure, heat preservation heating, inner layer vacuum and control the appropriate drying time.
